It's so easy to come in, sit in the same place and say hello to the same people because these are the people I'm familiar with. I'm friends with them, it's easy and it helps build community. A strong community. But it becomes dangerous when community turns to clique.
Irritation. Annoyance. We’ve all been there. Generally, these things work itself out over time, but what happens when tension lingers longer than necessary, and it becomes tension… shade?
Mondays can be rough. Especially Mondays that come after a 3 day weekend filled with family, friends and fun. It can be hard to drag into work after a weekend reset, so I'm starting a Monday Morning Thoughts series in hopes of not allowing Mondays to be so... blah. Today, I'm on the topic of Support.
